I am a Mama of 2 amazing humans and 2 fur babies. My Scorpio sun’s energy loves to express herself as a Shamanic Practitioner exploring Life’s Mysteries, and delving into the shadows to transmute and Transform- ever changing and evolving. My Cancer ascendant is passionate about nurturing and supporting women, babies, children and families; always in awe of the magic, and the ebb and flow of Moon. My Piscean moon is most comfortable serving others with compassion and empathy; knowing that we are all a drop in this vast ocean, and that in each drop, we carry the entire ocean. We are One.

I am a life long student of learning and unlearning who honours the Sacredness and our interdependent relationship to Mother Nature and all life; in all of Gaia’s seasons and cycles. 

I am taking in all that this life has to offer! 

There are many reasons why I am here. 

The most recent being that I was present as Doula for my best friend’s labor and birth experience a few years ago. I had the honor of holding space, supporting and being witness to this miraculous, intimate and magical rite of passage. It was such a profound experience for me, and it was in that moment that I realized that I wanted to be of service to women, to life, in this way.

If I take this “why” back— back through these almost 45 years of my life- I would have to include my passion and connection to the Blood and Moon Mysteries, my desire to offer various holistic healing modalities, therapeutic touch, and guidance to support women in reclaiming their bodies (mind, body, heart and soul) and their power…

back…to my own pregnancies and births of my two children, the loss of one babe….

back to 1976, to my own birth- hearing my mother’s experience of her labor and my birth and the utter lack of pre and post-natal care and support from health care professionals- it’s effects on my health, our lack of connection, how it impacted my life- and the journey of my healing that has brought me here, to this moment. 

Going even further back…to my matriarchal lineage, to my ancestors and to all the women before me- this remembering of women’s wisdom, our connection to the cycles and seasons of nature, and the power and magic of women supporting women in community.

Oh, my love of babies!…and my need/purpose to contribute- to be of service in a meaningful and impactful way to create long lasting positive and holistic change for our next 7 generations.
